Libby is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and client accounts. With extensive experience in accounts management and business administration, Libby ensures accuracy in invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting while supporting the smooth delivery of projects. Her proactive approach and strong organisational skills make her a key point of contact for clients.
Amber is our Office Manager – handling the day-to-day administration and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Highly organised and approachable, Amber manages internal processes, supports project teams, and coordinates communications across the business. Carolyn is an experienced designer responsible for delivering end-to-end Pit & Pipe (P&P) design solutions for new residential and industrial subdivisions. From initial quoting through to final design submission, she prepares detailed communications layouts using CAD, and NBN’s Assisted Drafting Tool (ADT). Carolyn works closely with clients to address technical queries – such as pit placement and conduit depths, and collaborates with construction teams to resolve onsite issues efficiently. She also prepares accurate As-Built (Work-As-Executed) plans to support project compliance and approval.
